Is it time for a new Dixie Chicks avatar?

What they did was extremely brave given their conservative audience.

If you get a chance to catch them on Hardball tonight, don't miss it. They address media consolidation as a major concern, and hold the media accountable for failing to educate the public in the run up to war.

They also mention that Free Republic organized a boycott of stations nationwide and had them basically blacklisted for a time.

It has to be square. The avatar-producing HTML will shrink it for you, if the file size isn't too large.

Here's a 2.5KB (96x96) file appropriately cropped ...



Just paste the URL into the 'upload' prompt for changing avatar. That'll make a copy into DU's space.


The other photos really wouldn't make good avatars.

One of the 'advantages' of a slightly over-sized (to the 3KB max) avatar image is that we can "View Image" and the full 3KB image appears.
