3. As in abortion, if you are against it, don't get one. And stem cell
research? If you get sick and there is a cure solved by stem cells, don't get the cure. It's called choice.

6. It is fine with me if they do not like it but why stop the rest?
each and every person that voted not to do this will use what ever is found out. Funny how that part is OK. I never heard of religious groups not coming around to what the people want. They may fight it some but in the end it is either not have the people in church or having them there. They always give in to keeping the people with them . Face it, there would be no church etc if you did not have people in them. When one gets to the bare facts, the people will end up running the church and not the church running the people. Even if the fight takes time.

7. It's really "Kill and maim the rest" - they're batterers and murderers.
It's that simple, that's why "The Deity" is not amused.

In their version of the after life, when they arrive at the Pearly Gate,
somebody will open up a can of Whip Ass on them.

I'm simply at then end of my limit tolerating this idiocy. There is NOTHING in
Christian doctrine that disallows stem cell research and/or treatment, NOTHING.

So for their bad behavior and ignorance, they get to "go directly to Hell"

11. I wish people would let me do as I like but the "Right Wing' people
just have to have it their way. It drives me nuts also. That private places can do the study and not the govt. I think it will have to stand for a while. That tax payers money in the Billions goes to them but not these studies I think Congress should look into. We get it in both sides with that one.

9. Agreed.
Any diety worth his/her salt knows an ignorant fool when he/she sees one.

Funny how their high horse dies when a cure is actually discovered! They certainly are the first ones to insist on
the full extent of treatment fot their relatives (like Schiavo) - they don't ask how the treatment was developed then.

What hypocritical assholes.

18. :) The "ur" moment of mad :)

Thanks for everything Katherine, especially for disenfranchising
50,000 Floridians who would have put Gore over the top easily; voters
who were voting 90% Gore; voters who were wrongfully taken off the
rolls because the "felon purge" program had a field for...you guessed
it, "race."

:hi: Thank you for the kind words, I'm honored

The Diety says you may go directly to the cookie jar.

with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's or a host of other chronic illnesses or disabilities.

19. It does tend to piss one off doesn't it. It becomes very personal.
And the conclusion of the intersection of simple logic and common decency turns
into a multi million person crack up - the numbers denied compasionate care.

It just blows me away. Who are these people? What is their major malfunction?
