What do you think of MSNBC's Costumed Donkey & Elephant Bopping Each Other?
It's the "promo" for their constant Election 04 Battleground Coverage. Shows Donkey and Elephant walking down beach where they bop each other. In one the Donkey makes a sound after he's been bopped.

Anyone see it? What do you think? Effective? Funny" Or more Bush Type "hurt and kill" tactics to make our Elections a farce?

1. It's okay; I think it's kinda cute, especially when the
elephant's head is heading towards the sand.

4. They Have At Least Two Versions?
I think I've detected different versions of this commercial so that both the donkey and the elephant get in the last punch...I think they're cute myself...

7. It seems there's more than one version. I guess they are attempting
to be "fair and balanced."

6. Haven't seen them
But it fits in very well with the corporate approach to the elections as a Punch-and-Judy sideshow, notable only for the comic violence. Of course, it really sucks to be powerless and on the receiving end of the government's misguided policies, but the elites at NBC will never e-e-e-ever have to worry about that, so it's just a harmless diversion like pro wrestling or the roller derby.

8. I saw it, and hated it.

It endorses physical violence in politics. That is the last thing we need.
