And exactly what is the definition of "winning" this so-called war ????

does he mean our invasion and occupation of Iraq ??
or his war against abstract concepts??

And you sure as hell can't be a war president unless you make sure you willingly take the nation to war.

8. Said to handpicked chickenhawks who have proven for more then 3 years now
THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO FIGHT. The below is what you are voting for lurkers.

- flag waving bastards who avoid joining the army
- bush who deserted his military unit to avoid a drug test
- a political party who trashes proud veterans who painfully earned the Purple Heart
- cheney who got his wife pregnant just to get another deferment from military service
- rove who got a deferment to attend college then didn't get a degree
- young republicans who would rather be the next jack abramoff instead of defending our constitution
- bush enablers who never served hiding behind microphones and lying daily to "assist" the grand old party which is supported by the lowest of low American Citizens.

Yes "conservatives" stay the course. Straight to hell.

Will he be on the campaign trail in '08 spewing the same crap about his war? Some one should ask him about all those weapons in Iraq which are missing and unaccounted for?

Rummy is still doing a heckuvajob! right george?

Bush gave his usual spiel about how the GOP doesn't act based on polls :eyes: and then launched into the rhetoric about fighting the terrorists over there so we don't have to fight them here.

17. Bush is COMPLETELY CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We aren't WINNING this war because he was UNWILLING to fight a war!!!!!!!

He spent all that time hiding out in the Guard, and going AWOL, and as a consequence, he knows NOTHING of war. Thus, we'll never win this war, because he doesn't know what he's doing, as he was unwilling to fight when it was his turn!

Out of the mouths of utter morons, the occasional great truth emerges.

Hm that's a strange thing to say. Did he really say that? It's not about the opposition in America. The fighting is still done by the soldiers over there. So is he saying that these soldiers just aren't willing enough to fight? He better doesn't say things like this. In contrast to the heartless monkey, the dad of this 6 year old was fighting and couldn't have paid a higher price.

26. OMFG!!!!!!!!He's at the school I went to........WHY GOD WHY?!?!?!?!?!
I've held out over the last few years because I knew it was getting more and more conservative (I don't know what happened - it was quite the liberal place when I was there), but this takes the goddamned cake! :grr:

Fuck you Georgia Southern. I am an alumni and I can say it all I want. F.U.G.S.

I refused to go to Homecoming this year because they had our asshat Rep gov (stupid moonface idiot Sonny Perdue) give last year's commencement address. This is beyond the pale.

I hereby vow I will never set foot on that godforsaken campus ever again (and I can hold a grudge - I didn't talk to someone for 7 years because he didn't get me a concert ticket and he got everyone else in our circle of friends one). This is final.

I can't wait until they call me begging for money........

29. I just fired this off to the largest newspaper in the state
At a rah-rah rally at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, the “Commander-in-Chief” told his adoring fans that "You can't win a war unless you're willing to fight a war."

I have but one question for you Mr. Bush: how would you know? You weren’t willing to fight the one you were supposed to go to, so please explain to us all, if a leader is supposed to lead by example, why our men and women should bother to show up in the first place to fight and die in Iraq or Afghanistan, both fiascos that have been grossly mismanaged by you and your administration.

How dare you have the nerve to even utter such a stupid phrase when you don't know what you're talking about! To do so is a slap in the face to those who have laid down their lives for your mess. You should be ashamed of yourself, but I know you’re not. You don’t know what shame is.
