RNC's Vaunted GOTV Machine = US Military Superiority In Iraq?
Edited on Mon Oct-30-06 03:52 PM by stopbush
I keep hearing how the RNC's GOTV machine is oh so powerful! How the Dems have nothing like it. How the
Rs can "micro-target" a Dem snowmobiler in Michigan if they want to. How that means that they're
going to somehow pull this election out of their asses once again.

It reminds me of all the gadgetry and cutting-edge weaponry that our military is using in Iraq these days. Yet,
we're losing the war to a bunch of insurgents fighting us with homemade bombs and the Iraqis unshakable
resolve that it's THEIR country and they'll defend it from the occupiers.

Even the most highly-tuned and expensive car isn't going anywhere with 4 flat tires.

Methinks the RNC GOTV machine may be a paper tiger.
