6. FL 13 Is Leaning More For Jennings Right Now... The "Chatter"
is that she's up by at least 10! Riding around this area, and I SWEAR this is true because I watch bumper stickers ALL THE TIME.... I haven't seen ONE Crist sticker and very very few Buchanan stickers.

I don't work and don't go out every single day, but I haven't seen a yard sign in my area either! I DO walk my dog every day! I don't know what it means, maybe we are working harder... but I have bumper stickers and yard signs and have seen others here too!

But, this IS Florida... you remember? We don't know how to count votes, and then there's that suppression thingie!!!

7. McNerney beating Pombo!!!!!!!!
Yesssss!!!! I just spent the week-end stumping for McNerney. He's ahead! Unbelievable. And unlike Pombo, McNerney has a shoestring budget and is depending on real volunteers and true believers to get the word out.:toast: :toast:   :bounce: :bounce:

13. That Poll Is An Outlier...
Most polls have a confidence level of .95.

That means one poll out of twenty is not capturing what it is supposed to be capturing...

Here's some other polls...

19. I am tracking close to 60 that are in play
I think it is probably pushing it to say 45 will flip, But 35 to 40 seems about right.

20. Based on these polls alone: 25 pickups
But these are just the races that are being regularly polled. I read earlier today that Idaho and Kansas of all places are becoming competitive

17. Worth bearing in mind the polling was done October 24-26th
Things are moving faster than these polls can't keep up. For instance, the Schimdt/Wulsin poll probably doesn't factor in Mean Jean's latest outbreak of foot-in-mouth disease

18. I have some modest doubts...but this is esciting
I am tracking all the races that Cook, Rothernerg, Sabato and NYT say are in play are will flip there are some races in this list that hey have not indicated. that puts the number at 62 in play. That would be stunning. If things are movig even more towards the Dems.

26. Please
If you are in one of these districts, can you start a thread with a heading of your state in DU's Election Reform forum? And in that thread post the latest numbers and links to Board of Elections in that congressional district?
