And Zogby to be released tomorrow.

If Zogby also has Webb above the magic 50 percent, that would be *three* polls putting Webb in the majority. It means that undecideds *cannot* help Macaca no matter how many vote for him. In practice, when a candidate polls in the majority, the race is over.

It's very dangerous for an incumbent to be polling well below 50 at this stage of the game.
