AZ Senate Seat may be in play now
ARIZONA: It’s a good thing for GOP senator Jon Kyl that he had such a padded lead a month ago, because Democratic businessman Jim Pederson has made gains, no doubt from the fact that late-deciding voters generally break against the incumbent. Last week, an Arizona State survey of likely voters put Kyl at 47 percent and Pederson at 41 percent... http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=MjdiOTEyMmU1NzcwNGNmMTc0ODlmZjlmOWYwODNlYjI=

ANYONE HAVE ANY ON THE GROUND CONFIRMATION OF THIS RACE TIGHTENING? HOW IS THE AD WAR GOING IN THIS STATE? DEBATES?

1. Al Gore and Bill Clinton are doing fundraisers in AZ for Pederson this week

It's only circumstantial evidence, but it's kinda late in the cycle for the big guns to be there if there was absolutely no hope of Pederson winning...

5. Kyl's been running some absolutely disgusting ads here
He looks desperate.

I admittedly haven't been paying as much attention to it as I should be (I'm still busy getting settled, and I work odd hours), but from what I can see it's looking like a race.

7. If Kyl's gone negative, then his interal polling has it close!
This race has slipped under the radar so far... maybe people will pay attention now.
