Fox News and CNN were mostly down in October primetime, compared to the same month a year ago. But MSNBC was mostly up, with Hardball enjoying a 27 percent gain in the demo and Scarborough Country recording a 13 percent increase. Countdown with Keith Olbermann beat CNN's Paula Zahn in the demo again, and came within 2,000 viewers of beating her in total viewers. Olbermann was up 61 percent in the demo versus last year....

3. I watch it a lot more than I used to...

I started with Keith, and hell now I even watch Scarborough, it's pretty damn interesting to see him attack his own side. Plus I like that he shows all the fun clips from the Daily Show too.

I don't want to watch Mathews, cause he will ALWAYS go back to the dark side ... But, I am strongly attracted to the format, it is pretty much straight forward political talk ... I hate his style, really ... He constantly is talking over people, and he is so freakin dismissive of democrats and has a man crush on Bushco ... But, his format is as good as it gets in delivering policy and political information ...

As noted, Scarborough IS the dark side, but knows the repugs are down and is with the network that seems to be allowing reality based analysis ... It is nice seeing him rip the repukes ... But HE IS A REPUKE, and with it all the fake middle america nonsense ... And, I have a hard time getting past the intern incident ... I watch him from time to time, but I don't want to give him the TV time ...
