He's saying that he'd put his military record against Kerry's any day, Schultz played the idiot son doing his alleged joke about "looking for weapons of mass destruction" at the media dinner a while ago. The guy thought that was all right because "Those weapons must be there somewhere". Maybe Halloween brings out some, um, strangeness in people. Or maybe this guy is just flat out nuts.
