As a professional film critic and a former ACLU state board member (still a card carrying member) this is ridiculous. This isn't "censorship" at all.
Producers do not have any "right" to cooperation from the military. Notice at the end of the clip when the guy goes through all those movies, some got full cooperation, some got no cooperation. But they were *made* regardless. The military can't prevent a movie or TV show from being made but they can say, "If you want our cooperation we want yours in return." The producer is then free to reject the help with strings attached and stay true to the original concept OR accept the help and make the changes.
There is no censorship issue here whatsoever.
