Poll question: James Baker III
General discussion in the house tonight is about how many people in America know that Baker represented the Saudis against American survivors of 9-11.

I know DUers are pretty damn good on their current events, but for lack of a more trustworthy place to pose this question I'll do it here.

Thanks in advance.

Did you know Baker Represented the Saudis?

1. The Bush family/friends have always had close ties
to the House of Saud. Even though the vast majority of 9/11 bombers were Saudi, we invaded Iraq. The polygamous prince is a frequent visitor at W's ranch.

9. WE (as in you guys) didn't let him in
Like a malicious ex-boyfriend, he kept a key to the back door.

5. Ole man Bush jumps back into Washington to take control of current situations
this is extraordinary, a former president simply tells the president to go take a trip to Viet Nam and let me square things in the United States.

This is unbelievable and it's happening right out in the open, Dems have no comment to boot?!! Nancy! are you there babe?!!

6. The World knows W is fleeing America
to avoid reality. W is the epitome of a lame duck. Not only has his power been shot in Congress, but also Americans don't like the jerk.

7. Think about it.
Baker is the "fixer" for the Bush Family. Just think about what that means and entails. This is a guy who makes Rove look penny ante. Baker's recent reappearances on the public stage should make all progressives watch their backs.

8. Yes.
It kind of makes it difficult to believe that Mr. Baker is looking out for the American public's best interests, doesn't it?
