126.7, in Dec 99 it was 141.7, and in Dec 2000 it was 128.6.

Then, of course Bushit took office;
Dec 01 - 94.6, Dec 02 - 80.7, Dec 03 - 94.8, Dec 04 - 102.7.

"Consumer confidence continues to bounce back and is now at its highest level since Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast," says Lynn Franco, Director of The Conference Board Consumer Research Center.

All that tells me is that it's returned to pre-Katrina levels.
