Kaine should have brought up NSA spying and the Plame Case
I know he was trying to be nice but those are legitimate legal issues very much a part of the political landscape. The Administration is breaking the law and Kaine should have called attention to at least those two issues.

I originally thought Kaine did a good job but I now think we missed an opportunity to remind the American people that our Constitution is at risk under this Administration.

Kaine was the wrong person for the response. Wes Clark or Paul Hackett could have gone for the jugular in a fair and polite way and got a way with it!
