civil disobedience and/or civil inconvenience
(rainy day random thought)

not everyone has to be arrested to do something moral in 'the fight.'
disobedience isn't the only way. there's inconvenience too.

there's every single decision you make on a daily basis.

what are you driving?
are you driving?
what do you eat? where does it come from?
where do you live? how much do you save?
(add your own... )

what inconvenience could any of us spare in living more authentically -- to live more in line with our politics?
what is a sensible life in an insane society?

most of our battles will be small...
how to get the word out...
how to stage events...
how to open up discussions in the workplace... at home... at church

it only takes a few good people to storm the castle. they are going to need the rest of us to just be mildly inconvenienced...
maybe open up your home to people working for change...
offer your professional assistance...
spend your vacation at the ranch...
write letters and send email...

blah blah blah

point is, all these things become less an inconvenience once you start doing them.
once you start changing, and remove yourself from insane part of society
you'll find yourself in a better place.

don't get too blissed-out, though.
there's work to do.
