Are we a nation of laws or men ?
George Bush has always thought he was above the law. He could get his Daddy to get him out of the war in Vietnam. Then he could simply walk away from the National Guard and nobody knew where the hell he was. He could sell his Harken stock on tips just before it sank like a rock, because who was going to stop him? And he could lie to the country and break laws about spying on our citizens, because the laws did not apply to him. And if they do not apply to him, they don't apply to any of us. We have become a nation of men. Power and money will determine who is right and who is wrong.
