I remember someone saying Bush looked for Dianne Feinstein after the State of the Union and said something to her and they both laughed.

Did anyone see this interaction, or perhaps catch it on video?

It looked as though she couldn't quite hear what he first told her, then he leaned further toward her to repeat it, & it looked to me like she said something like, "Oh, okay." She seemed pleased at what he told her.
