On Monday, MoveOn.org's political action committee will launch a nationwide ad campaign that compares recent revelations about the NSA secret wiretap program to Watergate. A massive ad buy on CNN is expected to give the spot special attention.

The ad features former President Nixon saying, "When the President does it, that means it's not illegal," and morphing into George W. Bush.

At the end of the ad is a call for a special prosecutor to investigate the wiretap program.

MoveOn has supplemented the advertisement with a release citing legal arguments against and criticism of the NSA spy program from prominent journalists, legal experts and conservatives, among others. RAW STORY plans to make this available shortly.
