Is what I am reading telling me that the repugs voted BEFORE the meeting NOT to swear this moran in? Isn't that a violation of the open meeting laws? How can an actionable vote be taken outside of the public's view and not have it be illegal? No business should take place by any committee outside of the gavels and outside of the public's eyes, unless it be executive session, and then they have to clearly state the reason for the executive session. Getting together and making a decision before the gavel is a violation of that law!

Am I understanding this correctly? The repugs discussed it and gave a PROXY on how they would vote on this question? That's bullshit! Show up or don't have a say.
