If we had so much information about al Qaeda operations prior to 9/11 that was not acted upon, exactly how does that justify the case for domestic surveillance without warrants?

Seriously, I think that somehow putting "9/11 Victim" before someone's name allows them to make no sense whatsoever. National security surveillance requires NO FUCKING DELAY so long as the FISA warrants are applied for. There is ZERO delay to the process.
