Response To The Constitutionality Of The President Authorizing Wiretapping
When in response to an act such act is challenged as to its constitutionality, and in defense of said act only the tightest loopholes and most distant relations of legal precedent can be used to uphold the constitutional integrity of the act in question, it is of sound logic to conclude that the act is in fact unconstitutional.
