For those whom didn't know...or who's forgotten
quote.......
On September 11, 1990 at 9:09 PM, President George Herbert Walker Bush spoke before a joint session of Congress, regarding the Persian Gulf War. Among other topics, he stated that the war presented an opportunity for a "New World Order" to emerge.

Eleven years later — to the day — the twin towers of the World Trade Center would fall, creating yet another "opportunity" to move...

'Toward a New World Order'
A transcript of former President
George Herbert Walker Bush's
address to a joint session
of Congress and the nation

4. I wonder where the East West North South thing started.
Here it is in GH Bush's speech:

We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective -- a new world order -- can emerge: a new era -- freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, East and West, North and South, can prosper and live in harmony.

Then Bin Laden explicitly says it after the 9/11 attack

There is America, hit by God in one of its softest spots. Its greatest buildings were destroyed, thank God for
that. There is America, full of fear from its north to its south, from its west to its east. Thank God for that.

Then Rummy says it:

the area… that coalition forces control… happens not to be the area where weapons of mass destruction were dispersed. We know where they are. They’re in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat."

Then different Al Queda says it again after the 7/7 attacks.

"And this is Britain now burning from fear and panic from the north to the south, from the east to the west. "

so I wonder where it started.
