11. It;s funny, but there's a serious subtext

People like Tweety do have a major role in shaping public perception. he is the most easily caractured, but he is representative of all of the so-called mainstream media "journalists" and pundits.

So it really does matter what he and his peers say, in terms of how things are perceived, and how political realities are presented to the public.

Imagine what would happen if these clowns stopped bashing on Dems outside their narrow definitions of the "mainstream" and instead started telling the truth. It's likely we'd have either a President John kerry or a President Howard Dean right now.

12. Easy to understand.

Following Tweety`s comments is like watching a ping pong match. Whap....right, whap....left, whap....right.

Some DUers are quite excited tonight because he nailed RW Torrie Clarke. Wait 24 hours and I promise you he`ll be fawnning over some hawkish, "Retired Military Consultant" or nodding with a favorite Wall Street Journal columnist, just before he goes into his daily rant about how Democrats are weak on national security. Maybe, for the sake of variety, he`ll repeat his rant about Hillary chewing gum during Bush`s State of the Union Speech.

Tweety is Tweety. Show him a flag pin or let him get a whiff of John McCain and there`s no telling how far he`ll crawl over that right hand cliff.

13. I don't know how many times I've seen it happen here.

People think that Tweety has had an epiphany, and they expect the emergence of a new Tweety who will be speaking out on the side of right. Then there's shock and dismay the next time time he whores himself, usually very quickly.

Tweety is what he is, namely a whore who has a really good night once in a blue moon.

14. Its funny. I don't think many in here listen to Flush

One doesn't hear many complaints about ole Big Pharma because no one will even admit to listening to him. But, Tweety? At least, one evil DUer is disappointed with him every day!
To me, Tweety and Flush are two sides of the same coin. I don't listen to either one of them. And I feel just fine.
