Has anybody heard a rumor of a rebellion at a US Base in Iraq?

4. Sometime back in September

There were rumors of a mutiny of Louisiana and Mississippi National Guard units who were denied rotation home, and were prevented from contacting family members. As retaliation, it was rumored that these units were used as the spearheads for clearing out insurgent activity in Anbar province.

Again, all speculation and rumors, but a lot of them have been circulating.

3. I remember something a couple of months ago...

where the story was that soldiers refused to go out on missions because they believed they were basically committing suicide. Is that it?
