7. well, their 'efforts' of late have been pretty pathetic

particularly the 'shoe bomb' one, which really speaks to just how gullible and stupid they feel the public is. and the capital gas scare was just silly. this stuff has become totally predictable, bush gets embarrassed, they bring out the terror boogeyman.
