email from Cindy Sheehan==any techie wizards out there?

Hey DU,

I just received an email signed from Cindy Sheehan, and I am wondering if anyone knows how to check and see if the email address is actually registered to Sheehan.

I wrote back, but I wonder if anyone would send an email claiming to be Cindy?

Probably just paranoia, but if anyone knows, I'd appreciate the info.

1. Only 100% reliable way would be to have her personally verify...

that she is the one who sent it.

2. I don't have an answer but...

You know I had the same experience. I wrote an email address I got from lewrockwell, because her old email no longer worked after camp casey...caseysmom something or other and I got an email back that I do not believe was her. It was really strange.

She and I had written back and forth several times, long before camp casey, I was helping publish her articles....and then the email I recieved back she was totally different, she didn't know what I was talking about. I think that she has people 'helping' her that are not really helping.

You could send your email to an address that someone is sure gets through to Cindy and ask her about it? I think William Pitt has an email for her, probably some other DUers as well.

I think Benburch is a techie wiz, maybe he knows how to check for registration?
