In a February 6 letter (PDF) to the White House, former FEMA director Michael Brown indicated he is prepared to reveal his correspondence with President Bush and other officials during Hurricane Katrina.

Brown is scheduled to testify Friday before the Senate Homeland Security Committee on the slow federal response to last summer's hurricane.
