Abu Ghraib photos- current action? Help!

I tried a number of searches, finishing on the ACLU's website. I didn't see anything recent. In fact, it appeared that DU had more up to date information. My plea: Where is this case now? Does anyone know the judge who is hearing it? Where the hell on the ACLU or anywhere else can you find the latest about what's going on?
