I heard this from the ranking member of the committee, who was lobbing softballs at Education Secretary Spelling. I literally laughed out loud. How about "The morality reduction act?" That's what an immoral budget is.

I heard her propose educating 70,000 new teachers. She didn't specify how this would be done, as college aid is being eliminated. :grr:
