Look at all these recent headlines
"Bush waged Iraq war by "cherry-picking" intelligence: former CIA official"

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=1505&ncid=1505&e=1&u=/afp/20060210/ts_alt_afp/usiraqpoliticscia_060210104328

"Cheney authorized aide to leak in CIA case: report"

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060210/pl_nm/bush_leak_dc

"W.House knew of levee failure night of storm: Times"

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060210/ts_nm/hurricanes_levee_report_dc

"Abramoff says he met Bush "almost a dozen" times"

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060209/pl_nm/crime_abramoff_dc

And that is just the front page of today's Yahoo News. I am thinking that maybe we here at DU have been right all along. This administration are a gang of thieves, liars, crooks and generally assholes.

Anyone have anymore recent headlines?

most Americans get their news from the nightly network news shows and cable. As far as I can tell (I don't watch much) they are still covering for or completely ignoring the crimes.

I'd love to hear I'm wrong and that they have suddenly changed their tune, but somehow I doubt it.

I agree though that these headlines are not good news for the criminals.

5. So is the media Liberal again?
I doubt it, every once and a while they will post headlines critical of the emperor to keep the sheep believing that the media is liberal and can use to justify those comments.
Tommorrow, they will be right back at it.
