would be my guess. The House just passed a bill banning all abortions, with no exception for rape, incest or health. Morans. If they think this is going to go up to the SC, they're not only stupid, they're delusional. It'll get struck down, part and parcel, in the Federal Court, and SC will refuse to hear it. The more stupid stuff like this that they do, the better for our side. People can plainly see that they're lunatics.

2. Same thing has been proposed in the Kentucky legislature.

Not sure of the exact details of the bill but boils down to banning all abortions in Kentucky. The bill has 40 co-signers. Seems stupid is as stupid does has never been more appropriate than right now in history for the GOPOC and all the repugs are just the "stupidest."...and the meanest, and the most hypocritical, and long ago sold their souls to the Christian Taliban for a few pieces of silver.

Read somewhere that 20-30 states had similar bills proposed the days following Alito's swearing in. This issue isn't going to go away until there is rioting in the streets.

3. I'm a registered voter in South Dakota. It's scary there.

Farmers have anti-abortion billboards in their cornfields.

The local shoe repairman has pictures of dead fetuses on his fucking wall!

This is a state where voters think Tom Daschle was a communist who was going to make us all marry gay guys--and burn flags at the weddings!

I have family in South Dakota, but I'll be goddamned before I ever live there again.
