I honestly believe that Kanye West was dead-on correct when he said "George Bush doesn't care for black people" because if Bush did he wouldn't continue to make cuts and setbacks that hurt so many people and he wouldn't allow the Gulf Coast to continue to 'drown' without any hope of rebuilding or protecting it from future storms.

Only thing is West didn't go far enough. Bush doesn't care about anyone who makes less than $100k/year which pretty much is most of us!
