Bush's crimes are far worse than anything Nixon ever did
Nixon got busted for trying to cover up the Watergate scandal. But at least he had the balls to do what no president in American history has ever done - resign. Now comes along the Gopher King, who has committed far worse crimes than what Nixon did.

I saw a flyer posted to a telephone on my way home from work today that said "BUSH STEP DOWN". If Bush had any shred of decency in his body, he would do just that.

2. Imagine what would have happened if we found out that
Al Gore, as vice president, had been involved in leaking classified information to the press.

He'd be out in a second.

But the Bushes are so corrupt that the fascist media just give Cheney a pass.

These people are criminals!!!!!!!!!

4. Yes yes yes
And I have to read in some other thread how things aren't near as bad as the Nixon days. Only good thing-or bad depending on how you see it-no draft. But many Republicans actually valued their country over party and loyalty to one man at that time. AND Bush lies about every damn thing every damn thing. He lied about Plame, he's met with Abrahamoff, he didn't do shit during New Orleans, he lies, lies, lies, lies and lies some more. He lied about his national guard duty. And those are just the ones I've heard something (even if repeated from before) about this WEEK. There are many many more.

6. Plus, Nixon tried to open dialogue with our "enemies"
He tried to bridge the gap with Russia & China. Bush seems determined to go to war with anyone he doesn't like - first Iraq, now Iran and Syria are in his sights.

5. Liar Liar!!
They should make a film about George and call it "Liar, Liar." The sad part of it is that many people just look the other way. It as though there is a national sense of powerlessness. Maybe I should re-word that and say a democratic sense of powerlessness. Why aren't the democrats making a stronger case of this administrations outrageous behavior. The republicans certainly were successful in "scandalizing" and distorting every blunder of the Clinton administration. At first the democrats were gracious about the Bush inc. BS, however now when the democrats don't fight back they look like they are trampled on victims.
