I guess when nothing was being challenged by the media -- let alone by Fitzgerald -- Scooter was happy to do Dick's dirty work and no one was the wiser.

Now that Fitz has probably laid out his options, Scooter might be more motivated to isolate a few of his superiors' names.

I'm thinking Uncle Dick better be on the phone with an attorney real soon.
