A question to all

Imagine * and Cheney are both impeached, what is the possibilty that the next president will pardon them and the rest of the gang? Something like that happened before Ford pardoned Nixon and papa Bush pardoned the Reagan gang.
Something tells me that impeachment or not if they are ever convicted someone will pardon them and save their asses, they will get away with it.

4. You are right about that but think

for a minute even if there is a democrat as a president, he could pardon them. You never know, he might say that he does not want the country divided and pardon them.

2. I would hate to see them pardoned, but

I would be ecstatic to have them out of office anyway possible to end their reign of terror and destruction.

3. One can dream, so here goes

Dems take back the house and senate in November 06. Cheney and his hand puppet are impeached. Newly minted Dem Speaker of the House becomes president, and nobody gets pardoned. Ah, utopia.

7. Add to that, the Speaker is KERRY OR GORE done via the

resignation of a Congressperson, a change of residence and a friendly Dem Governor. Then we finally have a President we actually voted for.

5. If they are gone, who cares?

Sure it pissed me off that Nixon got pardoned. But the important thing was removing him from office. So if these dickheads get thrown out on their sanctmonious butts, I will be cheering 'good riddance'. A pardon will be inevitable. But as long as they are gone, I think a lot of us will be happy.

would undermine that by pardoning

of the Watergate boys got a pardon. Many were convicted and served sentences. A few even reformed their lives.
