Alberto Gonzalez statement on Cheney Shooting
AG has announced that the Constitution gives the VP authority to shoot anyone he wants, whenever he wants, especially in Texas. The founding fathers thought that shooting people was an inherent right of the executive branch, they just never got around to writing it down.

Then he said that if the VP can't shoot his hunting partner the terrorists win.

Then he had 4 quails and a duck sent to Gitmo.

17. Excusez moi! Have you not read the relevant Patriot Act language on this!
I like your imagination but a little research would have found you this:

Article XIII, Section 4, (i):

"In the case that the President, Vice President or any member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (hereinafter known as "The Hunters") happens to shoot, maim or otherwise directly assault or be perceived to have assaulted any civilian(s) and/or military personnel, this section shall be both revealed (and only at that time). The Patrioit Act authorizes an immediate pardons for The Hunters based on the President's signature of this act. The parton cannot be challenged or revoked. Such challenges by individuals or groups shall automatically revoke their citizenship and cause them to be deported with out hearing by a hearing officer, magistrate, or other authority. There are no exceptions."

See, it all makes sense. :hide: "Duck and cover" has a whole new meaning!

23. Chainee: I shot him, I meant to shoot him, and I'll shoot him again
if necessary.

We must protect the nation from terraists.

I AM THE VP. Everything I do therefore is legitimate, to say nothing of glorious, patriotic, and purely correct to the utmost.

Never doubt my convictions.

A voice asks: Future or past convictions?

29. no, not the power of the executive branch
just the rich and powerful. We all know that the founders were big fans of private hunting lands where the King could go and hunt to his heart's content, without the risk of running into the serfs.
