ATTN Reporters > You need to interview the ranch COOKS and DISHWASHERS
Edited on Mon Feb-13-06 02:07 PM by Stephanie

The question must be answered: Was the Vice President shooting while drunk? You will only find out if you interview the ranch's staff. You won't get any answers from the WH.

Was Dick Drunk?

thank you very much for the sweet valentines!

1. That's a great idea... I was wondering if the ambulance was local...
I mean, I know DarthCheney has his own medical team, but do they drag their own ambulance everywhere they go? Or would they use a local ambulance company?

3. I think someone said elsewhere that it was Cheney's personal ambulance
So they must fly that thing with him everywhere he goes. God Cheney costs us a bundle.

11. That was my post, in which I tried to contrast this posh hunting trip
with the average hunter's weekend.

I did say "personal ambulance" but by that I meant an ambulance accompanying Cheney himself.

It was there only for Cheney, therefore, his "personal" ambulance.

Just as if he had an aide on a campaign stop who was local to that area. That person would be his "peronal assistant" even if he hadn't come with him from Washington.

I didn't mean to imply that the ambulance belonged somehow to Cheney, nor have I seen any indication that it was anything other than a local ambulance.

I'm sorry for misleading you, however inadvertant.

I hope that will clear it up.

4. They also should look into the license issue. Was Cheney holding a
residents license? (He changed his residency to Wyoming so that he could become VP)

5. They wouldn't know...
He hides his hooch in a defibrillator-style flask. Keeps it on the crash cart.

6. We have focused on the Shrub's
topple off the wagon and forgotten about HotShot Ch*ney. I am not aware of him ever getting onto the wagon--hence it is not such an interesting proposition until some blunder like this occurs. I doubt that the folks at the ranch were necessarily aware of what he was or wasn't doing. He probably carries a large amount of his own "supplies" wherever he goes.

10. I doubt he cleans up after himself
Someone did his dishes. Someone escorted him around on his "hunt." Cleaned the guns, wrangled the dogs. There are other witnesses besides this woman who's been doing all the talking. A minimum wage dishwasher might have something to say.

8. What about prescription meds?
We all know dick has some health problems. He is probably on some sort of medication. Could this have impaired him in anyway? What if he did mixed alcohol with his meds?

13. Isn't it traditional?
Wasn't this a 'gentlemen's hunt' replete with obligatory Big Lunch and whiskey? Isn't that the simplest, most obvious explanation for the 18 hour delay?
