...how else could he have missed the guy in that bright orange jacket? They were all drunk, so no one warned him. You hear these gruesome stories from time to time about some yahoo who has gone hunting, and ends up shooting (and often killing) someone else. The excuse is that he thought the victim was a deer. Well, I guess to someone plastered off his ass, then a human would look like a deer.

because this is a microscope, well lit, (no pun intended) viewing just how manipulative, lying and deceitful the entire administration is. This is merely an example of their standard operating procedure.

They lie. They cheat. They steal. They concoct. They hide facts.

So, for those complaining about this story, change the frame. Look at it from another point of view. And rejoice and USE THIS for what it is worth.

... the game warden's report says alcohol was not involved. That's what they'll stand by.

Of course, there will be questions, since the game warden's report is based on information supplied by the local sheriff's office, and the early reports have said that the Secret Service prevented sheriff's deputies from questioning Cheney directly.
