So if Whittington dies
I hope he gets a proper burial. Especially, since he helped Bush cover up the Funeralgate scandal back when Bush was Governor of TX. All those families who had their loved ones remains desecrated and this bastard helped Bush fix everything.

05/14/04

The chairman of the Texas Funeral Service Commission, Harry Whittington, who was appointed by Bush in 1999, says he had looked into the various allegations against the commission and Robbins, and found nothing to substantiate them.

2. Cheney was "cleared" in the shooting - does that change
if the man dies?

6. Yes. If we were to die, Cheney can be charged.
But, then again, we ARE talking about Texas...

If Whittington dies, he can be charged with involuntary manslaughter, accident or no accident.

Now proving it was voluntary . . .

7. "Criminally negligent homicide", says Norman Goldman on Ed Schultz.
..if Mr. Whittington dies, according to 2 specific parts of Texas law. This law would apply up to one year after the original incident, he also said.

He cited Section 19.04 and 16.03 (if I heard correctly).

10. If he does die...I bet he won't have an open casket!
Or maybe it will be very secretive so none of the public can see. You know...like the flag draped coffins hidden from the public. Everything that's bad publicity get hidden or buried.
