Sing along... Richard Cheney was a man (Warning Non-boomers won't get it)
Yes, a big man!
With an eye like an eagle
And as tall as a mountain was he!

Richard Cheney was a man,
Yes, a big man!
He was brave, he was fearless
And as tough as a mighty oak tree!

From the coonskin cap on the top of ol' Dick
To the heel of his rawhide shoe;
The rippin'est, roarin'est, fightin'est man
The frontier ever knew!

Richard Cheney was a man,
Yes, a big man!
And he fought for America
To make all Americans free!

What a Cheney, what a do-er,
What a dream come-er true-er was he!

2. HA !!!
Very good.

My mother used to bake a frozen pizza on Thursday night, and we'd sit down n' munch and watch it . . . my favorite show.

Even had the lunch box.

:)

16. We already had a parody made up from that one when I was a kid
I loved the Rifleman and Branded. My brother coined this little dittie one night while waiting for some assistance ... for what will be apparent!

Stranded ...
Stranded on the bathroom bowl ...
What do you do when you're stranded ...
And you don't have a roll ....

He WAS a funny, funny kid!

22. Daniel Boone was a soldier and politician in this county.
1789Daniel Boone is commissioned lieutenant colonel of the Kanawha Militia.

1791 Daniel Boone is elected as a delegate to the Virginia Assembly. He walked the entire way(233 mi)from Charleston Virginia(West Virginia)to Richmond to take his seat.

1795 Daniel Boone and family leave Kanawha Valley.

Dick Cheney wouldn't walk around the block for his country! I wonder what old guys like Boone would think of Bush and Cheney?

23. Jumping decades
but Mr 'Pede saw the caption "Cheney's Got a Gun" last night on KO. Pointed out it was based on Aeorsmith's (?) "Janie's Got a Gun."
