Kerry takes lead over Clinton
Edited on Tue Feb-14-06 09:08 PM by FreedomAngel82

I find this interesting and from what I've heard from other Kerrycrats he has been getting lots of money too from supporters. I wonder how much he has compared to Clinton.

Snip: <I’m not talking about preference polls here, but as those polls are virtually meaningless at this stage, this measure is no less valid. Kerry’s lead is in blog hits. The Next Prez has the rankings of hits from Google’s blog search:

106,150 — John Kerry
58,867 — Hillary Clinton
48,696 — Al Gore
21,060 — John Edwards
10,296 — Russ Feingold
9,183 — Mark Warner
8,874 — Joe Biden
8,330 — Bill Richardson
6,436 — Tom Daschle
6,140 — Evan Bayh
5,794 — Wesley Clark
4,342 — Tom Vilsack
3,589 — Brian Schweitzer >

More at the link.

2. I think so
Edited on Tue Feb-14-06 09:08 PM by FreedomAngel82
It shows republicans don't want McCain and democrats don't want Clinton. Of course things can change from now till 2008.

12. good analysis, but that is what the media wants

I like Mark Warner and Wes Clark from that list.

6. Why is that?
So he's defeated once--by a squeaker, and under suspicious circumstances--and he's done for? Somehow I'm glad the Dems didn't feel that way in 1956, even tho their man lost a second time.

What beats me is why Hillary Clinton is in second place. Maybe this poll should have a runoff.

16. All the more reason
... why Kerry shouldn't be written off.

And this time he'll be much less likely to shut up when the Repubs try to smear him. Unlike you-know-who, Kerry can learn from his mistakes.

34. because he gives long-winded speeches that confuse people
and he's not good at standing his ground when attacked. He just doesn't really fire people up. I voted for him grudgingly before and I'll do it again if I have to, but PLEASE can't we have a candidate who really captures the minds and imaginations of the voters?

9. Why is new better?
Why is having national experience at running a campaign, and therefore knowing the potholes, a bad thing. I've seen people say the same re: Gore, and it doesn't make alot of sense there either.

10. I don't either, but not for that reason.
I want someone who could flip a red state or two and the first several on this list won't.

11. John Kerry remains an inspiration
but I fear he simply can't flip the midwestern red states. Republicans will race to the polls to vote against Hill.

Maybe we need a charismatic former US Senator and Veep candidate? Humm. Wonder who that might be?

19. Maybe by 2008
Now "red states" are showing low approval raitings for republicans so it's possible. I think Kerry should've campaigned more down here. And if he gave up when he lost the Congress campaign he did way back when he wouldn't have ever made it to the Senate and did all he has.

14. kerry is a very interesting complex man. He has more support
than people are aware of. Once you come to understand some things about Kerry and realize how much he loves this county you take on a new respect for him. I would be proud to support him again if he chose to run.

22. THANK YOU
Hillary Clinton WILL NEVER BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES - please people you have to understand that. Nobody on their side WOULD EVER VOTE for her and LOTS of people on our side won't either - and one of the ways you can tell is that the repunks are pushing for her - Bush even said last week or so she would be a formidable candidate - the repunks want her to be the candidate. They would crucify her and she will never win

John Kerry had his chance and he blew it - and I believe he actually won the election - but he folded too quickly and despite those of you who think he did fight or he is fighting the stolen election the plain fact is he didn't not in any meaningful way. He was recently interviewed by Rachel Maddou and I'll admit I only have heard this on the commercial but she asked if he thought the election was tampered with and he said I am so relucntant to go there everyone understands that they made it difficult to vote blah blah blah but that is not what we should focus on now. HELLO JOHN KERRY if we don't focus on their stealing elections and fix it we will never win again....and if the candidate who had the election stolen from him won't go there is it any wonder that people think those of us who know the election was stolen are some kind of conspiracy theory freaks - just listen to the comments of the repunks when Barbara Boxer challenged the Ohio vote - almost all of them said anyone who thinks the election was stolen is a nut case.

I will never vote for either one of them - and I know many people who feel the exact same way.

25. So you will vote GOP if one of the two is the nominee?
Great strategy - That will help.

There is at least one Dem that I would really not like to see as President (among those likely to be candidate) and I still would vote for him in a GE, but it is up to you and people like you to get us stuck with 4 more years of Bush.

32. No I will never vote for a repunk
I just won't vote for President - but I don't have to worry because neither one of these two people will be the candidate. And by the way we can't have four more years of Bush since he is ineligible to run again - unless he interpret the Article 2 as letting him to protect us from terror...

I have too many times voted for the lesser of two evils - and I will not do it again - I know this is a touchy subject but I am SO SICK of these Dems not standing up that I can't take it any more. Thanks to the Dems not standing up to the election fraud it really doesn't matter who the hell I vote for any way because I live in FL.....

waited for the next day to wimp out to pretend he thought about it. You take my money then lie to me and keep the money anyway, you will never get my support again.
