Russia ready to build nuclear power plants in Vietnam

RBC, 15.02.2006, Moscow 09:57:10.Russia is ready to build nuclear power plants in Vietnam, a source in the Russian government told RBC on the eve of Russian Prime Minister's state visit to Vietnam. He said Vietnam had already approved a program for the construction of nuclear power stations through 2020. Russia hopes that Vietnam will announce a tender for the construction of power stations soon. Russia is ready not only to build atomic power stations but also train personnel for them. "There will be many rivals," the source noted.

2. Russia is getting involved with a few things of late

Between it's war simulation games with China, it's involvement with Iran and now this. Me thinks these countries are taking sides here...
