Dead-eye Dick, AFTER DRINKING, RECKLESSLY GUNNED DOWN A 78-YEAR-OLD MAN, WHO "WAS" HIS FRIEND, WITH A 28 GAUGE SHOTGUN FINALLY FORCED TO SPEAK, ADMITTED TO DRINKING AND HUNTING AND BASICALLY CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.

This man has a history of alcoholism. This is very serious. There is NO SUCH THING has a reformed ALCHOLIC WHO STILL DRINKS.

Time to resign and go pray that his 'friend' doesn't drop dead on him.
