they need to be impeached, but all we seem to do is give them more rope.

Now that he's admitted responsibility, after withholding that information from his boss in the first 24 hrs., he should be subject to an investigation. It's one thing if you're asserting that it was Whittington's fault, it's another if Cheney acted out of negligence like he appears to be admitting. He needs to be made to flesh out his story further. We deserve details about who was there and what they know.
