http://www.tkb.org/Home.jspNow, I'm not a member of PETA or support them in any way, but come on, a terrorist group? Throwing red paint on somebody and carrying signs at a local KFC does not constitute terrorism. The National Counterterrorist Center has labeled PETA as terrorist for caring signs outside of Jennifer Lopez's restaurant in Pasadena. The website says that Jennifer Lopez was "targeted" by the group. This is such a joke. They don't even have proof PETA sponsored the protest.
On 12 March 2005, in Pasadena, California, United States, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) activists paraded images of animals skinned alive in front of diners at a restaurant owned by the actress Jennifer Lopez. The protest was part of a campaign to shame Ms. Lopez for ¿promoting and profiting from the bloody fur industry.¿ No group claimed responsibility, although it is widely believed that PETA was responsible. And since when is exercising your 1st Amendment rights an act of terrorism? ...strike that Bush/Cheney regime usurped power in 2000. The site also lists Lopez as a "victim" of terrorism. This is so laughable, is it any wonder that the United States has zero credibility on the world stage? While there are terrorist targeting U.S. Navy ships, hijacking airliners and flying them into buildings, and gaining legitimacy by winning elections in foreign countries, these guys are looking for protesters and graffiti artists.
On 7 March 2005, in the Fair Oaks region east of Sacramento, California, United States, members of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) spray-painted the initials ELF on two full-size pickup trucks and an SUV. No group claimed responsibility, although it is widely believed that the ELF were responsible.
