1. Cheney's motive for shoting Whittington
Whittington found his downed quail. Cheney hadn't shot any birds all day and he was pissed....too drunk to shot straight. Cheney figured Whittington's dead quail was up for grabs. Whittington was an easier taget than a small bird that could fly.
Cheney shot Whittington for his dead bird.
