And then later on that evening, he was being interviewed by someone (I think on CNN). And when they asked him why he was still a Democratic, he said he would remain a Democrat all his life, so when he goes to the "pearly gates" (his words), then he could tell his Momma and Daddy he remained a Democrat all his life.
