march into the Senate tomorrow and say due to this unparalleled threat to our security they are shutting down the Congress until it is resolved.
Reid did it a few months ago over the Intelligence Report (where is that thing anyway?)
Any Repub who objects can just called to be not serious about security.
Yes it's grandstanding, but it's about time we do some. This is an issue America will stand behind.
