SEN. RICK SANTORUM and his wife received a $500,000, five-year mortgage for their Leesburg, Va., home from a small, private Philadelphia bank run by a major campaign donor - even though its stated policy is to make loans only to its "affluent" investors, which the senator is not.

4. O/T: I Just Called Ricky's Office
about the ports since Philadelphia is one of them. Apparently he is against it and has fired off a letter to the WH. Specter's office, on the other hand, said that Allan has asked John Snow to review the contracts and would issue a statement this afternoon.
