What`s all the racket about the Dubai port deal?
Was this really such a shocker? This is Junior Bush and Mad Man Cheney, for crying out loud. The Outsourcing Champs. It`s the presto....gonzo administration. Extreme Privatization. Yeah, that`s the ticket. Why mess with a bunch of stuff they don`t have to? Why not get rid of a few headaches so they can concentrate on important issues like infiltrating Quaker Meetings?

Have you folks looked around lately? Seen any new up and coming steel mills? Shoe factories? Found any nifty Made in the U.S.A. widgets at Wal-Mart? NO. This is the new at-your-service economy, the perfect formula for easing corporate America`s struggle with Joe Blow`s pension plan. Just a little more tweaking and the Bushies will have gates around all the communities with merit and the rest will be left to chance.

This port deal is just part of the nature of things, like sending a couple planes to Central America to pick up some mercenaries to help with the freedom-spreading in Iraq. This is not your father`s America. We`re now a group of fifty states whose citizens send tax money to the federal government so efficiency experts can auction off programs, institutions and property we no longer need.
